Returns

• You can request a return within 7 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
• To be eligible, the item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
• Returns will only be accepted in cases of defects or issues from our end.
• A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 24 hours of approval.
• The time it takes to reflect in your account depends on your bank or card provider.

Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they haven’t been shipped.
• To cancel an order, please reach out to us immediately at support@ehlor.com.
• If your order has already been shipped, you can request a return instead (as per the return policy above).

Shipping

• Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
